Overcome the Difficult Child Wake up in the morning

Since the age of kindergarten, children begin to be trained to understand the rules, consequences, and discipline, including the habit of getting up early for school. At kindergarten age, let alone the age of 6-7 years, the cognitive abilities of children is growing better. So, give explanations to children about rules and consequences related to school hours. This explanation may help the child get up early to train customs.

Efriyani Djuwita, Faculty of Psychology University of Indonesia, explained, children aged 6-7 years have the ability to adapt, including social skills that continue to evolve. Even so, it does not mean children under that age could not adapt. "Kids can be trained from kindergarten to elementary school age so they could adapt, including when to get up early for school," he said.

The trick?

Parents need to be planning a good time for children. Estimate morning waking hours so that enough time for children to bathe, dress, and breakfast. Consider also the distance the child's school.

Usually, as soon as I wake up, children may not be immediately shower, but still take it easy then or napping for a while and then move. For ease up in the morning, use of sounds, like an alarm clock or alarm, to wake the child.

In order to be consistent habit of waking up, the key is communication. Children were cognitively able to understand the explanations parents. Explain to children that school rules apply, such entry should not be too late. If it's too late, the child will get a certain consequence. Explain the rules and consequences in children early on. That way, children can easily understand its activities and get up early without being forced.
